Brickendon Consulting are continuing their projected growth and are seeking experienced driven and talented social media specialists to join the expanding Cracow offices and work on developing a marketing strategy as well as building brand awareness for the company.
Resposbilities:
• Managing and developing Brickendon social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Creating, editing and publishing engaging content in various formats (text, pictures, video).
• Building and executing long term social media marketing strategy.
• Creating brand awareness and positive image of Brickendon.
• Actively engaging with social media users on various platforms.
• Keeping up to date with social media trends and utilizing them in daily work.
• Collaborating with other Brickendon departments to create promotional content as needed.
• Providing insights, reports and recommendations for future campaigns.
Skills & Requirements
• Higher education, preferrable in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 -4 years of social media marketing experience
• Very good knowledge of graphic design software
• Creativity and ability to come up with innovative ideas
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends and ability to engage the audience
• Experience with employer branding
• Innovative approach to content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
• Sharp eye for details
• Willingness to learn and constantly improve your skills
• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive.
• Ability to work in a high-functioning team environment.
• Excellent command of English.
