(Senior) Inbound Marketing Specialist
With the aim of bringing Kontakt.io's growth to the next level, we are opening an Inbound Marketing Specialist position in our marketing department.
As an Inbound Marketing Specialist, you will get the chance to work with top-level professionals.
Responsibilities include:
1. On-site optimization & lead generation:
- Create popups and smart call-to-actions to increase the lead conversion on the website (blog, micro pages, store)
- Track the landing pages performance on a weekly basis, identifying trends, and reporting on them; applying appropriate changes to increase the conversion rate
- Revise blog posts before they get published and, where applies, add links to other blog posts and lead-generating content
- Measuring tracked links and calls-to-action performance, identifying best-converting blog posts and reporting at the end of each month
- Identifying best practices for internal linking and a system for building connections between old and new content to apply them to our blog posts
2. Emails & nurturing programs:
- Plan, execute, and optimize monthly newsletters, customer updates, and other send-offs.
- Building and executing inbound email nurturing campaigns
- Setting up, testing, launching emails and automated nurturing campaign
- Managing email campaigns and newsletters in HubSpot and making sure they display properly on different devices
- Proactively identify needs or areas where automation could improve processes or performance and implement campaigns and formulas to address them
- Develop, document, and report on lead funnels and nurturing campaigns (landing pages & emails) using segmentation, smart rules, behavioural and demographic triggers, dynamic content, and other tools and techniques to ensure high delivery, open, click, and conversion rates
- Develop, document, and report on email campaigns triggered by store events to decrease cart abandonment rates and increase upsells
- Contribute to developing lead generation and e-commerce strategies, tactics, and campaigns
3. Social media:
- Contribute to writing daily social media posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Execute strategies to promote Kontakt.io whitepapers, webinars, events, and other lead generation programs across various social media channels
4. General:
- Keep the contact database properly segmented and clean, and constantly monitor incoming and qualified leads to provide insights on who they are, what content and products they engage with, and how this data can be leveraged in marketing efforts.
- Report on all undertaken activities along with their results
Qualifications:
- Experience with Hubspot
- Has successfully implemented email marketing automation and nurturing campaigns (min 1 year)
- Has successfully implemented e-commerce email campaigns properly scheduling sequences (min 1 year)
- Managed preparation and distribution of social media posts across various channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) (min 2 years)
- Managed preparation of live webinars - landing page, form, email, platform setup
- Has used on-site optimization tools such as OptinMonster to create and A/B test popups (min 1 year)
- Contributed to the process of writing, designing, developing, and launching popups, lead-gen landing pages
- Executed monthly newsletters, customer update emails, and other send-offs
- Kept the contact database properly segmented and clean, constantly monitor incoming and qualified leads to provide insights on who they are, what content and products they engage with, and how this data can be leveraged in marketing efforts
- Experience (not required): Outreach.io / Salesforce/ LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Google Ads/ OptinMonster, Wordpress, WooCommerce, Google Optimizly
- Preferably worked previously in SaaS/IoT/Tech companies
